GoReels
There are two ways to cancel your account on GoReels. The following are the two methods.
1. Submit account cancellation application
(Please annotate the screenshot below) find the My Page menu(1) in the navigation, copy the user ID(2) next to the avatar to the cancellation application form below, and click Submit to complete the cancellation application. We will complete the review and cancel the account within 3-5 working days.
*Please note that once the cancellation is approved, the virtual currency in your previous account will be destroyed, and a new account will be generated when you open GoReels again.
2. When you log in to GoReels with your Google account, the account will be deleted
(Please annotate the screenshot below) First, you need to open GoReels, find the My menu (1) in the bottom navigation, find the Settings menu (2) in My page, and click Settings
Find Cancel account(3) in the settings menu and click the button to cancel the account. When the confirmation box pops up to confirm the cancellation of the current account, if you click OK, the account will be cancelled immediately.
*Please note that once your account is cancelled, the virtual currency in your previous account will be destroyed and you will get a new anonymous login account.

GoReelsでアカウントを削除するには、以下の2つの方法があります。
1. アカウント削除申請を提出する方法
ナビゲーション内の「マイページ」メニュー(1)を見つけ、アバター横にあるユーザーID(2)をコピーして、以下の削除申請フォームに入力し、送信をクリックしてください。申請が完了すると、3～5営業日以内に審査が完了し、アカウントが削除されます。
*ご注意ください：削除申請が承認されると、以前のアカウント内の仮想通貨は破棄されます。GoReelsを再度登録と、新しいアカウントが生成されます。
2. Googleアカウントでログインしている場合の削除方法
まず、GoReelsを開き、画面下部のナビゲーションから「マイ」メニュー(1)を見つけます。その後、「マイページ」内の「設定」メニュー(2)をクリックしてください。
設定メニュー内の「アカウント削除」(3)を見つけ、アカウント削除ボタンをクリックします。確認ボックスが表示され、現在のアカウントを削除するかどうかを尋ねられます。「OK」をクリックすると、アカウントが即座に削除されます。
*ご注意ください：アカウントが削除されると、以前のアカウント内の仮想通貨は破棄され、新しい匿名ログインアカウントが作成されます。
