1.Introduction
1.1This service agreement is an agreement between you and SHUOCAI PTE LED. (hereinafter referred to as us or SHUOCAI) on the acceptance and use of Gogo Short "coin" recharge service (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement").
1.2This agreement is intended to regulate the legal relationship and rights and obligations between you and us regarding the recharge and use of "coin". SHUOCAI recommends that you read the entire content of this agreement carefully, especially the clauses in bold that (may) have a significant relationship with your rights and interests (including relevant provisions on SHUOCAI's responsibilities, your rights, dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction, etc.), please pay attention to read them. If you believe that the bold terms in this agreement may cause some or all of your rights or interests to be damaged, please be sure to read them again carefully, and continue to use the Gogo Short coin service on the premise that you have understood and accepted the bold terms.
1.3If you do not agree to any or all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not proceed to the next step or use the Gogo Short coin service in the form of confirmation (including but not limited to clicking to agree or payment). When you proceed to the next step or use the Gogo Short coin service in the form of confirmation, it means that you have reached an agreement with SHUOCAI, and you voluntarily accept this Agreement and abide by all the agreements under this Agreement.
1.4Please understand that the coin service provided to you by SHUOCAI is constantly updated and optimized. Based on the update and optimization of the coin service, SHUOCAI has the right to change the content of this Agreement at any time. Once the content of this Agreement is changed, SHUOCAI will notify you on the corresponding page, in-site letter or in other reasonable ways at least seven days before the agreement takes effect. Please read it carefully. If you do not agree to the changes, you can choose to stop using the coin service. If you continue to use the coin service, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the changes. The updated agreement will take effect from the date of publication.
1.5If you are a minor, please be sure to read and fully understand the meaning of each term of this Agreement in the company of your legal guardian, and use this service with the explicit consent of your guardian.
1.Rights, Obligations and Limitation of Liability
2.1 "Coin" is a commodity provided by SHUOCAI to you for related consumption on the Gogo Short platform. Due to channel strategy, platform operation plan and other reasons, it is only supported for users to purchase and use on specific system equipment terminals.
2.2 Users can use coins to redeem related products and/or services provided on the Gogo Short platform (please refer to the corresponding product and service page instructions for specific redemption products and services), or use them for other purposes in accordance with the relevant platform rules (such as redeeming virtual gifts for anchors). SHUOCAI kindly reminds users to consume prudently and rationally according to actual needs, and never believe in the inducement of any other third party such as platform anchors to consume, so as to prevent being deceived. Otherwise, any loss of user property caused by this will be borne by the user, but SHUOCAI will provide necessary assistance in accordance with the law as needed.
2.3 Users are aware and agree that SHUOCAI has the right to unilaterally change the purchase rules and related pricing of the services it provides in accordance with laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, and its own operating policy adjustments. SHUOCAI will publish the aforementioned changes through the corresponding service page, in-site letter notification or other reasonable means, and they will take effect from the date of publication. After the publication, your continued operation (including but not limited to clicking to agree, completing payment, or using coin services, etc.) will be deemed as your acceptance of the aforementioned changes.
2.4 Users should keep relevant accounts and passwords properly, and users should strengthen password security to prevent leakage or theft. Any losses caused by password leakage or theft due to user reasons shall be borne by the user, but SHUOCAI will provide necessary assistance as required by law.
2.5 Users must obtain coins through the methods announced on the Gogo Short platform, including but not limited to paid purchases, event gifts, etc. All services obtained through channels not approved by SHUOCAI will not have legal effect on SHUOCAI. SHUOCAI has the right to deduct, freeze or clear them as it deems that their sources are illegal, and other risks that may arise shall be borne by the user. When the user has consumed all the coins he has obtained, he has no right to continue to use this service and this service will terminate.
2.6 The user knows and agrees that the coins provided by SHUOCAI are one-time services, not deposits, prepayments or any other refundable goods or property rights, and coins can only be used for the purposes agreed upon under this agreement. After the user successfully purchases, SHUOCAI's coin purchase service has been completed, SHUOCAI no longer provides reverse exchange or transfer services, and does not provide refund services without legitimate reasons (legitimate reasons refer to situations such as major defects in this service that make it completely impossible for users to use it or the law clearly stipulates that this platform should refund, etc.), and you may not deal with coins through private transactions or any other means, otherwise the losses caused by this will be borne by you.
2.7 Before paying for or obtaining coins in other ways, users should carefully check the account name, login device, service content, price, term and other information and carefully select the relevant operation options. Do not mistakenly purchase coins into accounts other than the user's own. If you damage your rights or interests or cause losses due to incorrect account input, improper operation, or lack of understanding or full understanding of the billing method, etc., resulting in the wrong account or wrong selection of the wrong type, the user shall bear the responsibility and SHUOCAI will not make any compensation or compensation.
2.8 Users shall not use theft, system loopholes, black production and/or any other normal technical means not explicitly recognized by SHUOCAI to obtain coins, and shall not obtain or purchase coins through any illegal sales channels of Gogo Short coins that are not authorized by SHUOCAI, or engage in any other cheating behavior. Coins obtained by the above methods cannot be used on the Gogo Short platform, and SHUOCAI does not recognize their effectiveness. At the same time, SHUOCAI has the right to ban the suspected Gogo Short account.
2.9 If the user involves related services provided by a third party during the use of the services agreed in this Agreement, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, the user also needs to agree to comply with the third party's agreement and related rules. In any case, the user shall resolve disputes arising from such third parties and the related services they provide by the third party. SHUOCAI does not need to bear any responsibility to the user or the third party for this, but SHUOCAI will provide necessary assistance to the user to resolve such disputes within a reasonable scope.
2.10 The user shall be responsible for any losses or liabilities caused by SHUOCAI's inability to provide coin purchase services or any errors in providing related services due to the user's own reasons, and this platform shall not be responsible, including but not limited to:
(1) Opposing the basic principles determined by local policies, laws and regulations;
(2) Due to the expiration, loss or suspension of your Gogo Short account;
(3) Losses or liabilities caused by the account of a third-party payment institution you bind, including your use of an uncertified third-party payment account or a third-party payment account that is not yours, your third-party payment account being seized or frozen, etc.
(4) Property losses caused by you telling others your Gogo Short account password.
2.11 You must use coin with your true, legal and valid identity and in accordance with legal provisions and this Agreement.
2.12 If you are an iOS user of Apple, you must recharge through the iOS system, and coins recharged through the iOS system cannot be used in non-iOS systems.
2.13 You should ensure that any materials and information you provide to us are true, legal and valid, including but not limited to name, ID number, contact number, contact address, etc. If your above information changes, please be sure to update the relevant information in a timely manner.
2.14 The source of funds you recharge should be your legal income, not illegal income and proceeds from drug crimes, organized crimes of mafia nature, terrorist crimes, smuggling crimes, corruption and bribery crimes, crimes that undermine financial management order, financial fraud crimes, etc. Otherwise, we have the right to immediately terminate this agreement, immediately stop providing you with the corresponding services, freeze your account and require you to bear the corresponding responsibilities.
2.15 "Coin" is only used to purchase various paid or value-added services on the Gogo Short platform. You are strictly prohibited from using it for gambling, money laundering and other illegal activities. Once discovered, we have the right to directly take all necessary measures, including but not limited to restricting your suspension of use, banning your account, freezing virtual currency, etc., and reserve the right to recover the direct or indirect losses caused to us by your behavior through legal means, and to pursue your legal liability.
1.Protection of minors
3.1 SHUOCAI attaches great importance to the protection of minors. If a minor needs to use this service, the guardian should directly sign this agreement and authorize the minor to use it, so any problems caused by the use shall be borne by the guardian.
3.2 If the guardian authorizes or agrees that the minor uses this service, the minor must apply for consumption in the name of the guardian and correctly guide and supervise the minor's use of this service. The minor's acquisition and use of this service, as well as the exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement shall be deemed to have been recognized by the guardian.
3.3 SHUOCAI reminds minors to be good at online learning when using this service, recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the Internet, which affects their daily study and life.
1.Others
4.1 This agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" and is an integral part of them; if this agreement conflicts with the aforementioned agreements, this agreement shall prevail. The agreements, various announcements, page instructions and standardized processes, question answers, etc. related to this service that have been published on the relevant pages of this service and will be published from time to time in the future constitute part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
4.2 The title of this agreement is only for the convenience of reading and does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause in the text.
4.3 SHUOCAI's failure to exercise or delay in exercising its rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of these rights, and the single or partial exercise of any of its rights under this Agreement does not exclude the exercise of any of its other rights. SHUOCAI has the right to require users to continue to perform their obligations and bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract at any time.
4.4 The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to local laws.
4.5 If any dispute arises regarding the signing and performance of this Agreement, the parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, they may choose to resolve it in any of the following ways:
(1) Submit to the Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules currently in effect at the time of application for arbitration; the arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties;
(2) Submit to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the case;
4.6 If the user has any questions about this Agreement or the use of this service (including problem consultation, complaints, etc.), he/she may contact SHUOCAI through online customer service, manual customer service or other feedback channels provided by SHUOCAI, and SHUOCAI will reply as soon as possible after receiving the user's feedback.

1.前書
1.1 本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GoReelsの「コイン」チャージサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関して、お客様とSHUOCAI PTE LED.（以下「当社」または「SHUOCAI」）との間で締結される合意です。
1.2 本規約は、「コイン」のチャージおよび利用に関するお客様と当社との法的関係、権利および義務を規定するものです。当社は、お客様に本規約の全文を慎重にご確認いただき、特に太字で記載されているお客様の権利や利益に重大な関係を持つ条項（SHUOCAIの責任、お客様の権利、紛争解決方法および管轄に関する規定など）に注目してお読みいただくことをお勧めします。太字の条項が一部または全部お客様の権利や利益を損なう可能性があるとお考えの場合、再度慎重にご確認いただき、内容を十分理解し受け入れたうえで本サービスをご利用ください。
1.3 本規約のいずれかまたはすべての条項に同意いただけない場合、次のステップに進むことや、同意の意思表示（同意ボタンをクリックや支払いを含む）によりGoReelsコインサービスを利用することはお控えください。次のステップに進む、または同意の意思表示を行った場合、お客様はSHUOCAIとの間で本規約に基づく合意を締結し、自発的に本規約を受け入れ、遵守するものとみなされます。
1.4 SHUOCAIは、本サービスの更新および最適化に基づき、本規約の内容を随時変更する権利を有します。本規約が変更された場合、当社は少なくとも施行日の7日前に、該当するページ、サイト内通知または他の合理的な方法を通じてお客様に通知いたします。変更後も本サービスをご利用いただく場合、すべての変更内容に同意されたものとみなします。なお、変更後の規約は公開日から施行されます。
1.5 お客様が未成年の場合、必ず法定代理人の同伴のもとで本規約の各条項を十分に理解し、法定代理人の明示的な同意を得たうえで本サービスをご利用ください。
2.権利、義務および責任の制限
2.1 「コイン」は、GoReelsプラットフォーム上で関連する消費を行うために、SHUOCAIがお客様に提供する商品です。チャネル戦略やプラットフォーム運営計画などの理由により、特定のシステム機器端末でのみ購入および利用がサポートされます。
2.2 お客様は、コインを利用してGoReelsプラットフォーム上で提供される関連商品やサービス（具体的な交換商品やサービスについては該当商品やサービスページの説明をご参照ください）を交換することができます。また、プラットフォーム規則に従い、他の用途（例：配信者へのバーチャルギフト交換）に使用することも可能です。当社は、第三者（例：配信者）からの誘導による消費を信じず、実際の必要に応じて慎重かつ合理的に消費するようお客様に注意を促します。第三者による誘導で被害が発生した場合、その損失はお客様が負担するものとし、必要に応じて法律に基づいた支援を行います。
2.3 お客様は、SHUOCAIが法令、規制要件、および運営方針の調整に基づき、提供するサービスの購入規則および関連価格を一方的に変更する権利を有することを認識し、同意します。変更内容は、該当サービスページ、サイト内通知、またはその他合理的な方法で通知され、公開日から施行されます。通知後も本サービスをご利用いただく場合、変更内容に同意されたものとみなされます。
2.4 ユーザーは、SHUOCAIが法令、規制要件、ならびに運営方針の調整に基づき、提供するサービスの購入ルールおよび関連する料金を一方的に変更する権利を有することを理解し、これに同意します。SHUOCAIは、変更をサービスページ、サイト内通知、その他合理的な方法で公表し、公表日から効力を発します。公表後、ユーザーが引き続き操作（同意をクリックする、支払いを完了する、コインサービスを利用するなど）を行った場合、変更を承諾したものとみなされます。
2.5 ユーザーは、関連アカウントおよびパスワードを適切に管理し、パスワードのセキュリティを強化して漏洩や盗難を防ぐ義務を課せられます。ユーザーの責任でパスワードが漏洩または盗難されたことにより生じた損失は、ユーザー自身が負担するものとします。ただし、SHUOCAIは法律の範囲内で必要な支援を提供します。
2.6 ユーザーは、Gogo Shortプラットフォームで公表されている方法（有料購入、イベントのプレゼントなど）によってのみコインを取得する必要があります。SHUOCAIが認可していないルートで取得したサービスについては、SHUOCAIはその合法性を認めず、違法な取得元とみなした場合、コインの差し引き、凍結、または抹消を行う権利を有します。この場合に生じるその他のリスクはユーザーが負担するものとします。ユーザーが保有するコインをすべて消費した場合、このサービスを引き続き利用する権利を失い、本サービスは終了します。
2.7 ユーザーは、SHUOCAIが提供するコインが一度限りのサービスであり、預金、前払い金、その他の返金可能な商品や財産権ではないことを理解し、これに同意します。コインは本契約に基づいて合意された目的にのみ使用することができます。購入が完了した時点で、SHUOCAIのコイン購入サービスは完了し、SHUOCAIは返金や譲渡サービスを提供せず、正当な理由（サービスに重大な欠陥があり、利用が完全に不可能である場合や、法律で明確に返金が義務付けられている場合など）以外での返金には応じません。また、コインを私的取引やその他の手段で処分することは禁止されており、それによって生じる損失は君自身が負担します。
2.8 ユーザーは、コインを支払うまたは他の方法で取得する前に、アカウント名、ログインデバイス、サービス内容、価格、有効期間などの情報を慎重に確認し、関連操作オプションを適切に選択する必要があります。自分以外のアカウントに誤ってコインを購入した場合や、入力ミス、不適切な操作、または請求方法を十分に理解していないことにより権利や利益が損なわれた場合、その責任はユーザーが負うものとし、SHUOCAIは一切の補償を行いません。
2.9 ユーザーは、盗用、システムの脆弱性、不正行為、SHUOCAIが明示的に認めていない技術的手段を使用してコインを取得することや、SHUOCAIに認可されていない販売ルートからGogo Shortコインを取得または購入することを禁止されています。また、詐欺的行為により取得されたコインはGogo Shortプラットフォーム上で使用できず、その効力をSHUOCAIは認めません。その上、SHUOCAIは該当するGogo Shortアカウントを停止する権利を有します。
2.10 本契約で合意されたサービスの利用中に第三者が提供する関連サービスが関与する場合、ユーザーは本契約の規定に加え、第三者の規約および関連ルールにも同意して従う必要があります。このような第三者やそのサービスによって生じた紛争は、ユーザーが第三者と解決するものとし、SHUOCAIはユーザーまたは第三者に対して一切の責任を負いません。ただし、SHUOCAIは合理的な範囲内でユーザーの紛争解決を支援します。
2.11 ユーザー自身の理由により、SHUOCAIがコイン購入サービスを提供できなかったり、関連するサービスの提供に誤りが生じた場合に発生する損失や責任については、ユーザーが負担するものとし、本プラットフォームは責任を負いません。これには以下を含みますが、これに限定されません：
(1) 地域の政策、法律および規則で定められた基本原則に反する場合。
(2) ユーザーのGogo Shortアカウントの有効期限切れ、紛失、または停止に起因する場合。
(3) ユーザーが紐づけた第三者決済機関のアカウントによる損失や責任（未認証の第三者決済アカウントまたはユーザー本人のものでないアカウントを使用した場合、アカウントが差し押さえられたり凍結されたりする場合など）。
(4) ユーザーがGogo Shortアカウントのパスワードを他人に教えたことによる財産的損失。
2.12 ユーザーは、真実かつ合法で有効な本人の身分情報を使用し、法令および本契約に従ってコインを利用する必要があります。
2.13 Apple iOSユーザーの場合、iOSシステムを通じてチャージする必要があります。iOSシステムでチャージしたコインは、非iOSシステムで利用することはできません。
2.14 ユーザーは、氏名、ID番号、連絡先番号、住所など、提供する情報が真実で合法かつ有効であることを保証しなければなりません。情報が変更された場合は、必ず関連情報を更新してください。
2.15 チャージした資金の出所は、ユーザー自身の合法的な収入でなければならず、違法な収入や薬物犯罪、暴力団的組織犯罪、テロ犯罪、密輸犯罪、汚職や贈賄犯罪、金融秩序を破壊する犯罪、金融詐欺犯罪などの収益であってはなりません。そうでない場合、当社は直ちに本契約を終了し、対応するサービスの提供を停止し、アカウントを凍結し、ユーザーに相応の責任を負わせる権利を有します。
2.16 「コイン」はGoReelsプラットフォームでの各種有料または付加価値サービスの購入にのみ使用されます。賭博、マネーロンダリングなどの違法行為に使用することは厳禁です。発覚した場合、当社は直ちに使用の制限、アカウント停止、仮想通貨の凍結など、必要な措置を講じる権利を有し、ユーザーの行為により当社が被った直接的または間接的な損失を法的手段を通じて回収し、法的責任を追及する権利を有します。
1.未成年者の保護
3.1 SHUOCAIは未成年者の保護を重視しています。未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合、保護者が本契約を直接締結し、未成年者の利用を許可する必要があります。その利用によって生じるいかなる問題も、保護者が負担するものとします。
3.2 保護者が未成年者の本サービス利用を許可または同意する場合、未成年者は保護者の名義で消費を申請し、本サービスの利用において正しく指導および監督を行う必要があります。未成年者が本サービスを取得および利用し、本契約に基づく権利および義務を行使・履行することは、保護者によって承認されたものとみなされます。
3.3 SHUOCAIは、未成年者が本サービスを利用する際、オンライン学習に励み、インターネットの世界と現実世界の違いを理解し、インターネット依存によって日常の学習や生活に支障をきたさないよう注意することを推奨します。
1.その他
4.1 本契約は、「ユーザー契約」および「プライバシーポリシー」の補充契約であり、それらの不可欠な一部を構成します。本契約が前述の契約と矛盾する場合、本契約が優先されます。本サービスに関連するページ上で公開されている、または将来随時公開される契約、各種告知、ページ説明、標準化されたプロセス、質疑応答なども、本契約の一部を構成し、本契約と同等の法的効力を有します。
4.2 本契約のタイトルは読みやすさのためのものであり、本文中のいかなる条項の意味または解釈に影響を与えません。
4.3 SHUOCAIが本契約に基づく権利を行使しなかったり、行使を遅延したりしても、権利の放棄を意味するものではありません。また、本契約に基づくいかなる権利の単独または部分的な行使も、他の権利の行使を排除するものではありません。SHUOCAIは、ユーザーに対し義務の履行継続および相応の違約責任を追及する権利をいつでも有します。
4.4 本契約の効力発生、履行、解釈および紛争解決については、現地法に従うものとします。
4.5 本契約の締結および履行に関して紛争が生じた場合、当事者間で友好的な協議を通じて解決を図るものとします。協議が不調に終わった場合、以下のいずれかの方法で解決することができます：
(1) 現行の仲裁規則に基づき、仲裁委員会に仲裁を申請する。仲裁裁定は最終、当事者全員を拘束するものとなります。
(2) 管轄権を有する人民裁判所に提訴する。
4.6 本契約または本サービスの利用に関する質問（問題の相談、苦情など）がある場合、ユーザーはSHUOCAIが提供するオンラインカスタマーサービス、マニュアルカスタマーサービス、またはその他のフィードバックチャネルを通じてSHUOCAIに連絡することができます。SHUOCAIはユーザーのフィードバックを受け取った後、可能な限り速やかに返信します。

SHUOCAI has the right to deduct, freeze or clear them as it deems that their sources are illegal, and other risks that may arise shall be borne by the user. When the user has consumed all the coins he has obtained, he has no right to continue to use this service and this service will terminate.
2.6 The user knows and agrees that the coins provided by SHUOCAI are one-time services, not deposits, prepayments or any other refundable goods or property rights, and coins can only be used for the purposes agreed upon under this agreement. After the user successfully purchases, SHUOCAI's coin purchase service has been completed, SHUOCAI no longer provides reverse exchange or transfer services, and does not provide refund services without legitimate reasons (legitimate reasons refer to situations such as major defects in this service that make it completely impossible for users to use it or the law clearly stipulates that this platform should refund, etc.), and you may not deal with coins through private transactions or any other means, otherwise the losses caused by this will be borne by you.
2.7 Before paying for or obtaining coins in other ways, users should carefully check the account name, login device, service content, price, term and other information and carefully select the relevant operation options. Do not mistakenly purchase coins into accounts other than the user's own. If you damage your rights or interests or cause losses due to incorrect account input, improper operation, or lack of understanding or full understanding of the billing method, etc., resulting in the wrong account or wrong selection of the wrong type, the user shall bear the responsibility and SHUOCAI will not make any compensation or compensation.
2.8 Users shall not use theft, system loopholes, black production and/or any other normal technical means not explicitly recognized by SHUOCAI to obtain coins, and shall not obtain or purchase coins through any illegal sales channels of Gogo Short coins that are not authorized by SHUOCAI, or engage in any other cheating behavior. Coins obtained by the above methods cannot be used on the Gogo Short platform, and SHUOCAI does not recognize their effectiveness. At the same time, SHUOCAI has the right to ban the suspected Gogo Short account.
2.9 If the user involves related services provided by a third party during the use of the services agreed in this Agreement, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, the user also needs to agree to comply with the third party's agreement and related rules. In any case, the user shall resolve disputes arising from such third parties and the related services they provide by the third party. SHUOCAI does not need to bear any responsibility to the user or the third party for this, but SHUOCAI will provide necessary assistance to the user to resolve such disputes within a reasonable scope.
2.10 The user shall be responsible for any losses or liabilities caused by SHUOCAI's inability to provide coin purchase services or any errors in providing related services due to the user's own reasons, and this platform shall not be responsible, including but not limited to:
(1) Opposing the basic principles determined by local policies, laws and regulations;
(2) Due to the expiration, loss or suspension of your Gogo Short account;
(3) Losses or liabilities caused by the account of a third-party payment institution you bind, including your use of an uncertified third-party payment account or a third-party payment account that is not yours, your third-party payment account being seized or frozen, etc.
(4) Property losses caused by you telling others your Gogo Short account password.
2.11 You must use coin with your true, legal and valid identity and in accordance with legal provisions and this Agreement.
2.12 If you are an iOS user of Apple, you must recharge through the iOS system, and coins recharged through the iOS system cannot be used in non-iOS systems.
2.13 You should ensure that any materials and information you provide to us are true, legal and valid, including but not limited to name, ID number, contact number, contact address, etc. If your above information changes, please be sure to update the relevant information in a timely manner.
2.14 The source of funds you recharge should be your legal income, not illegal income and proceeds from drug crimes, organized crimes of mafia nature, terrorist crimes, smuggling crimes, corruption and bribery crimes, crimes that undermine financial management order, financial fraud crimes, etc. Otherwise, we have the right to immediately terminate this agreement, immediately stop providing you with the corresponding services, freeze your account and require you to bear the corresponding responsibilities.
2.15 "Coin" is only used to purchase various paid or value-added services on the Gogo Short platform. You are strictly prohibited from using it for gambling, money laundering and other illegal activities. Once discovered, we have the right to directly take all necessary measures, including but not limited to restricting your suspension of use, banning your account, freezing virtual currency, etc., and reserve the right to recover the direct or indirect losses caused to us by your behavior through legal means, and to pursue your legal liability.
1.Protection of minors
3.1 SHUOCAI attaches great importance to the protection of minors. If a minor needs to use this service, the guardian should directly sign this agreement and authorize the minor to use it, so any problems caused by the use shall be borne by the guardian.
3.2 If the guardian authorizes or agrees that the minor uses this service, the minor must apply for consumption in the name of the guardian and correctly guide and supervise the minor's use of this service. The minor's acquisition and use of this service, as well as the exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement shall be deemed to have been recognized by the guardian.
3.3 SHUOCAI reminds minors to be good at online learning when using this service, recognize the difference between the online world and the real world, and avoid being addicted to the Internet, which affects their daily study and life.
1.Others
4.1 This agreement is a supplementary agreement to the "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy" and is an integral part of them; if this agreement conflicts with the aforementioned agreements, this agreement shall prevail. The agreements, various announcements, page instructions and standardized processes, question answers, etc. related to this service that have been published on the relevant pages of this service and will be published from time to time in the future constitute part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
4.2 The title of this agreement is only for the convenience of reading and does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause in the text.
4.3 SHUOCAI's failure to exercise or delay in exercising its rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of these rights, and the single or partial exercise of any of its rights under this Agreement does not exclude the exercise of any of its other rights. SHUOCAI has the right to require users to continue to perform their obligations and bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract at any time.
4.4 The entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be subject to local laws.
4.5 If any dispute arises regarding the signing and performance of this Agreement, the parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, they may choose to resolve it in any of the following ways:
(1) Submit to the Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules currently in effect at the time of application for arbitration; the arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties;
(2) Submit to the People's Court with jurisdiction over the case;
4.6 If the user has any questions about this Agreement or the use of this service (including problem consultation, complaints, etc.), he/she may contact SHUOCAI through online customer service, manual customer service or other feedback channels provided by SHUOCAI, and SHUOCAI will reply as soon as possible after receiving the user's feedback.

1.1 本服务协议是您与SHUOCAI PTE LED.（以下简称我方或SHUOCAI）关于接受、使用Gogo Short“coin”充值服务所达成的协议（以下简称“本协议”）。
1.2 本协议旨在规范贵我双方之间有关“coin”的充值和使用相关的法律关系及权利义务。SHUOCAI建议您仔细阅读本协议的全部内容，尤其是以加粗形式展示的，与您的权益（可能）存在重大关系的条款（包括相关约定SHUOCAI责任、您享有的权利、争议解决方式及司法管辖等条款），请您留意重点阅读。若您认为本协议中加粗条款可能会导致您的部分或全部权利或利益受损，请您务必再次仔细阅读，在确保您已经理解、接受了加粗条款的前提下，继续使用Gogo Short coin服务。
1.3 如果您不同意本协议的任一或全部条款内容，请不要以确认形式（包括但不限于点击同意、或支付行为）进行下一步操作或使用Gogo Short coin服务。当您以确认形式进行下一步操作或使用Gogo Short coin服务时，即表示您与SHUOCAI已达成协议关系，您自愿接受本协议并遵守本协议项下的全部约定。
1.4 请您理解，SHUOCAI向您提供的coin服务是不断更新和优化的，基于coin服务的更新与优化，SHUOCAI有权随时变更本协议内容，一旦本协议内容发生变更的，SHUOCAI将于协议生效前至少提前七日在相应页面、站内信或以其他合理方式进行通知，请您仔细查阅。如果您不同意变更的内容的，您可以选择停止使用coin服务。如您继续使用coin服务的，则视为您已经同意变更的全部内容。更新后的协议自发布之日起生效。
1.5 如果您是未成年人，请务必在法定监护人的陪同下阅读并在充分理解本协议各项条款含义后，在获得您监护人的明确同意下使用本服务。
2. 权利义务和责任限制
2.1 “coin”是SHUOCAI向您提供的用于在 Gogo Short平台上进行相关消费的商品，因渠道策略、平台运营方案等原因，仅支持在特定系统设备终端供用户购买与使用。
2.2 用户可以用coin兑换 Gogo Short平台上提供的相关产品及/或服务（具体兑换产品和服务请查看相应产品、服务页面说明），或在符合平台相关规则的前提下进行其他使用（如兑换虚拟礼物赠与主播）。在此SHUOCAI善意提醒用户，请务必根据实际需要谨慎理性消费，切勿相信其他任何第三方如平台主播的诱导进行消费，防止上当受骗，否则由此给用户财产造成损失的，均由用户自行承担，但SHUOCAI会根据需要依法提供必要的协助。
2.3 用户知悉并同意，SHUOCAI有权根据法律法规规定、监管要求、自身运营政策调整，单方对其提供的本服务的购买规则、相关定价等予以变更。就前述变更，SHUOCAI将通过相应服务页面、站内信通知或以其他合理方式进行发布，并于发布之日起生效。发布后，您继续操作的行为（包括但不限于点击同意、或完成支付行为、或使用coin服务等），均视为您已经接受前述变更。
2.4 用户应妥善保管相关账号和密码，用户应加强密码安全性，谨防泄露或被盗。因用户原因导致的密码泄露或被盗而造成的任何损失，由用户自行承担，但SHUOCAI会根据需要依法提供必要的协助。
2.5 请用户务必通过 Gogo Short平台公布的方式获得coin，包括但不限于付费购买、活动赠送等，一切通过非SHUOCAI认可的渠道获得的本服务均不对SHUOCAI发生法律效力，SHUOCAI有权认为其来源非法而予以暂扣、冻结或清空，同时可能引发的其他风险均由用户自行承担。当用户消耗完毕其所获得的全部coin，则无权再继续使用本服务，本服务终止。
2.6 用户知悉并同意，SHUOCAI提供的coin属于一次性服务性质，并非存款、预付款或其他任何可退还性质的商品或财产权利，coin仅可用于本协议项下约定的目的。用户购买成功后，SHUOCAI的coin购买服务即已提供完毕，SHUOCAI不再提供逆向兑换或转让服务，且无正当理由不予提供退还服务（正当理由是指如因本服务存在重大瑕疵导致用户完全无法使用或法律明确规定本平台应当退还等情形），您亦不得通过私下交易或其他任何方式处理coin，否则由此导致的损失由您自行承担。
2.7 用户在付费购买或以其他方式获取coin之前应仔细核对账号名称、登录设备、服务内容、价格、期限等信息并仔细选择相关操作选项，切勿将coin错误购买至非用户本人账户中。若因为您自身输入账号错误、操作不当或不了解、未充分了解计费方式等因素造成充错账号、错选种类等情形而损害自身权益或造成损失的，均由用户自行承担，SHUOCAI将不会作出任何补偿或赔偿。
2.8 用户不得采用盗窃、系统漏洞、黑产及/或其他任何非SHUOCAI明确认可的正常技术手段进行coin的获取，不得在未获SHUOCAI授权的任何非法销售Gogo Short coin的渠道上进行coin的获取或购买，或存在其他任何作弊行为。对使用前述方式获取到的coin，无法在 Gogo Short平台上使用，SHUOCAI不承认其使用效力，同时SHUOCAI有权封禁涉嫌的Gogo Short账户。
2.9 如用户在使用本协议约定服务过程中涉及由第三方提供的相关服务，则除遵守本协议约定外，用户还需要同意遵守第三方的协议及相关规则，在任何情况下，对于该等第三方及其提供的相关服务而产生的争议由用户自行与第三方解决，SHUOCAI无需就此向用户或第三方承担任何责任，但SHUOCAI会在合理的范围内为用户该等争议的解决提供必要的协助。
2.10 用户因自身原因导致SHUOCAI无法提供coin购买服务或提供相关服务时发生任何错误而产生的任何损失或责任，由用户自行负责，本平台不承担责任，包括但不限于：
(1) 反对当地政策、法律法规确定的基本原则；
(2) 因您的Gogo Short账号失效、丢失、被封停；
(3) 因您绑定的第三方支付机构账户的原因导致的损失或责任，包括您使用未经认证的第三方支付账户或使用非您本人的第三方支付账户，您的第三方支付账户被查封、被冻结等。
(4) 您将Gogo Short账户密码告知他人造成的财产损失。
2.11 您必须以个人真实、合法、有效的身份，并依据法律规定和本协议约定使用coin。
2.12 如您是苹果公司iOS用户，需通过iOS系统进行充值，且iOS系统充值的coin不可用于非iOS系统。
2.13 您应确保您向我方提供的任何资料、信息均为真实、合法、有效，包括但不限于姓名、身份证号码、联系电话、联系地址等。若您的上述信息发生变更的，请务必及时更新相关信息。
2.14 您充值的资金来源应是您合法的收入所得，非毒品犯罪、黑社会性质的组织犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪、走私犯罪、贪污贿赂犯罪、破坏金融管理秩序犯罪、金融诈骗犯罪等非法所得及其产生的收益。否则我方有权立即解除本协议、立即停止向您提供相应服务、有权冻结您的账号并要求您承担相应的责任。
2.15 “coin”仅限用于购买Gogo Short平台的各项付费或增值等相关服务，严禁您利用其进行赌博、洗钱等非法行为。一经发现，我方有权直接采取包括但不限于限制您暂停使用、封禁您的账号、冻结虚拟货币等一切必要措施，并保留通过法律手段追回因您的行为而给我方造成的直接或间接损失，以及追究您的法律责任的权利。
3.未成年人保护
3.1 SHUOCAI非常注重未成年人的保护。若未成年人需使用本服务的，应由监护人直接签署本协议并授权未成年人使用，因此使用导致任何问题均由监护人承担责任。
3.2 若监护人授权或同意未成年人使用本服务，必须以监护人名义申请消费，并对未成年人使用本服务进行正确引导、监督。未成年人获取和使用本服务，以及行使和履行本协议项下的权利和义务即视为已获得了监护人的认可。
3.3 SHUOCAI提醒未成年人在使用本服务时，要善于网上学习，认清网络世界与现实世界的区别，避免沉迷于网络，影响日常的学习生活。
4.其他
4.1 本协议为《用户协议》、《隐私政策》的补充协议，是其不可分割的一部分；本协议如与前述协议发生冲突的，以本协议为准。本服务相关页面上已有和未来不时发布的与本服务相关的协议、各类公告、页面说明和规范流程、问题解答等内容均构成本协议的一部分，与本协议具有同等法律效力。
4.2 本协议的标题仅为方便阅读而设，并不影响正文中任何条款的含义或解释。
4.3 SHUOCAI未行使或延迟行使其在本协议项下的权利并不构成对这些权利的放弃，而单一或部分行使其在本协议项下的任何权利并不排斥其任何其他权利的行使。SHUOCAI随时有权要求用户继续履行义务并承担相应的违约责任。
4.4 本协议的生效、履行、解释及争议的解决均适用当地法律。
4.5 如就本协议的签订、履行等发生任何争议的，双方应尽量友好协商解决；协商不成时，可选择按下述任一途径解决：
(1) 提交仲裁委员会，按照申请仲裁时现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁；仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对各方均有约束力；
(2) 提交有管辖权的人民法院诉讼管辖；
4.6 如用户对本协议或使用本服务的过程中有任何问题（包括问题咨询、投诉等），可以通过在线客服、人工客服或SHUOCAI提供的其他反馈渠道与SHUOCAI联系，SHUOCAI会在收到用户的反馈后尽快回复。
